Dr. Nguyen Thi Hai Hang, Director of the Vietnam Aviation Academy, emphasized that a notable aspect of the cooperation was that both institutions would mutually recognize credits for equivalent courses in the same or similar programs and facilitate student exchange programs. She believed that the partnership between the two institutions would develop sustainably in the future.
Dr. Le Nguyen Bao, DTU Provost, affirmed that the university would share expertise and create favorable conditions for student exchange between the two institutions.

In terms of educational cooperation, the two institutions will share experience and collaborate on developing a model for joint instruction of PhD and Master's theses. They will mutually recognize credits and facilitate student exchange.

Regarding scientific research and technology transfer, the two institutions will jointly develop and implement inter-institutional research programs, co-organize national and international conferences, and share facilities and resources for research purposes. They will also collaborate on scientific publications and carry out scientific and technological tasks as requested by provinces and cities.
Additionally, the two institutions will work together to support startup activities and promote the startup and innovation ecosystem at the university and in the region.
