DTU Signs Cooperation Agreement with KPK Law Firm and the Tien Giang International Arbitration Center

The signing ceremony for a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) among DTU, KPK Law Firm, and the Tien Giang International Commercial Arbitration Center in Danang officially took place on the morning of October 15, 2025, at DTU. This is an important step in strengthening collaboration between the university and professional organizations and businesses, and contributes to improved training quality, research, and practical professional experience for Law students.

Attendees included Dr. Nguyen Huu Phu, DTU Vice Provost; Ms. Le Thi Xuan Phuong, Deputy Director of KPK Law Firm; Mr. Ly Vinh Hoang, Head of the Da Nang Branch of the Tien Giang International Arbitration Center; and Attorney Nguyen Ngoc Chinh, Deputy Chairman of the Da Nang Bar Association, along with many DTU lecturers and students.


Speaking at the ceremony, Attorney Nguyen Ngoc Chinh said: “Theoretical learning is the foundation, but real-world experience is what sharpens skills, thinking, and professional ethics. The partnership between the university and legal practice organizations such as KPK Law Firm and the Tien Giang International Commercial Arbitration Center in Da Nang is a crucial foundation for developing future legal professionals with strong expertise, career integrity, and social responsibility. KPK Law Firm has a team of highly experienced lawyers, many with over 20 years of experience in the field, who have provided consultation and protected the rights of thousands of clients, businesses, and organizations both domestically and internationally. This valuable practical environment will help Law students develop the skills, ethics, and professional confidence needed for their future careers.”

will work together to implement various meaningful initiatives

 

Under the MOU, the three parties will collaborate to organize legal seminars, workshops, and moot court activities; provide students with practical knowledge and real-world experience; support internships, externships, and career orientation programs at law firms and commercial arbitration institutions; and cooperate in scientific research and academic communication.
