Since 2006, DTU has held the Career Day Program, providing a practical and meaningful platform for students about to graduate. Over the course of 17 editions, the program has attracted over 1,000 businesses and organizations from both within and outside Da Nang City, offering around 30,000 job opportunities and receiving more than 25,000 job applications from students. On average, each year, DTU helps supply 3,000 to 5,000 quality resumes to reputable employers.

This year’s Career Week took place over two days:

With the participation of 151 businesses both domestic and international, the program records a demand for nearly 2,000 positions, covering a wide range of fields from engineering, technology, and services to finance and healthcare.

At DTU Career Week 2025, students not only have the opportunity to explore internship and training opportunities, but also to discover promising career prospects. Additionally, they have had the chance to participate in dynamic career workshops, where experts and businesses share valuable skills and practical advice on how to build a successful and sustainable career, with practical topics such as:

-    Interview skills in the digital transformation era,
-    How to get hired,
-    Building your digital presence - Professionalism from the first impression

All of these have provided students with a realistic perspective, clear direction, and essential “soft” skills needed to confidently enter the competitive job market.

In his opening speech at DTU Career Week 2025, Dr. Nguyen Huu Phu, DTU Vice - Provost, emphasized: "We has strived to build a comprehensive educational ecosystem, where students not only gain knowledge but also have early access to real-world career experiences. Career Week is not only a bridge between the university and businesses but also an opportunity for students to develop sustainable career thinking while still in school."

DTU Career Week 2025 is not just a large-scale recruitment event, but also a collaboration between higher education and businesses. With the focus on "education closely linked to practice," DTU is gradually affirming its pioneering role in helping students secure jobs right after graduation, while also contributing to the development of a high-quality workforce to serve the economic and social development of the country.
