On June 2, 2025, the Center for World University Rankings (CWUR) released the largest global university ranking on its website https://cwur.org. Accordingly, Vietnam has 6 universities listed in the top 10% of the world’s leading higher education institutions.
The Center for World University Rankings (CWUR), based in Saudi Arabia, has ranked universities since 2012. It is one of the most prestigious and large-scale rankings worldwide, alongside QS and Times Higher Education (THE). This year, CWUR evaluated 21,462 higher education institutions globally before announcing the list of the top 2,000 ranked universities.
