DTU announced its early-admission criteria for the first round of 2024 for enrollment based on high-school academic performance and on the 2024 Academic Performance test:
I. Based on high-school academic performance
Admission grade = total three-subject score + preferential points
1. Medicine, Odonto-Stomatology, Pharmacy
? Minimum grade = 24 points;
? High school graduates must have a grade-12 score of magna cum laude or a high-school graduation score of 8.0 or higher.
2. Nursing
? Minimum grade = 19.5 points;
? High school graduates must have a grade-12 score of cum laude or a high-school graduation score of 6.5 or higher.
3. Architecture: Minimum grade = 20 points (drawing score multiplied by 2).
4. Other Majors: Minimum grade = 18 points.
Note:
? Drawing score multiplied by 2: candidates can use drawing exam grades from any university in Vietnam or from DTU.

II. Based on 2024 Academic Performance test at Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City
1. For Medicine, Odonto-Stomatology, Pharmacy: a total of at least 750 points, and grade-12 results magna cum laude or higher, or a high school graduation score of 8.0 or higher.
2. For Nursing: a total of at least 700 points, and grade-12 results cum laude or higher, or a high school graduation score of 6.5 or higher.
3. For other disciplines: a total of at least 650 points.
III. Based on 2024 Academic Performance test at Vietnam National University Hanoi
1. For Medicine, Odonto-Stomatology, Pharmacy: a total of at least 100 points, and grade-12 results magna cum laude or higher, or a high school graduation score of 8.0 or higher.
2. For Nursing: a total of at least 90 points, and grade-12 results cum laude or higher, or a high school graduation score of 6.5 or higher.
3. For other disciplines: a total of at least 85 points.
IV. Enrollment conditions
Applicants must register for the conditionally admitted major with a sufficient subject set in the Ministry of Education & Training (MoET) Admission System to be officially considered for admission. Registration time is from July 18 to July 30, 2024.
Applicants are officially admitted only when both of the following conditions are met:
? high school graduation;
? registered for conditional admission through the MoET Admission System;
? Applicants to the health sciences (Medicine, Odonto-Stomatology, Pharmacy, Nursing) must meet early admission conditions concerning academic grade or graduation score according to MoET regulations.
DTU allows applicants to change their majors during enrollment.
V. Schedule
Candidates must complete enrollment confirmation as per MoET regulations from August 20, 2024, to 5 pm on August 27, 2024.
VI. Enrollment application
? admission form issued by DTU;
? one notarized copy of high school transcript;
? one original Academic Performance test result transcript, as appropriate;
? one original provisional high school graduation certificate or one notarized copy if graduated before 2024;
? copies of documents certifying status of preferential person or area, if applicable, such as certificate of status of child of war dead; war invalid’s card; proof of applicability of policies for war invalids to oneself or to parent; or other preferential certificates.
VII. Enrollment
For optimal support to applicants when enrolling, DTU provides the following enrollment instructions:
1. In-person enrollment
? Applicants confirm their enrollment online through the MoET portal from August 20 to 5:00 PM on August 27, 2024, and visit DTU in person at 254 Nguyen Van Linh, Thanh Khe, Danang from August 20 to August 28, 2024.
? Working hours:
? Mornings: from 07:00 to 11:00 (Monday to Sunday);
? Afternoons: from 13:00 to 17:00 (Monday to Sunday).
? When completing enrollment procedures, students or parents should prepare enrollment application and tuition and other fees as indicated in the admission letter.
? Tuition fees can be paid through one of the following methods:
a. First method: Bank order

? at: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry & Trade (VIETINBANK).

Note: When visiting the university for enrollment, students or parents must bring proof of payment from their bank and will receive a tuition receipt from the DTU Planning & Financial Affairs Department at 137 Nguyen Van Linh, Danang.

Warning:
? If tuition fees are paid by bank transfer (internet banking), students or parents should take a screenshot of the transaction and attach this during enrollment procedure.
? If tuition fees are paid at a bank counter, students or parents should photograph the receipt and attach this during enrollment procedure.
Step 4: DTU will send an email with the class schedule, or the candidate will be contacted by the responsible department with the class schedule.
