“We join hands to keep the beaches in Danang clean, which is also nothing but sharing the workload with sanitation workers as well as raising awareness of the necessity of keeping the environment clean and healthy for locals and visitors,” said Nguyen Vu Quang Thang, a DTU student.

According to the Management Board of the Son Tra Peninsula and Tourism Beaches, Danang has welcomed back tourists with international flights after a long hiatus triggered by the pandemic. Therefore, it is important to keep the beaches clean to make a good impression on domestic and foreign tourists.

Though rubbish bins have been arranged on the streets along the beaches, many people still throw garbage everywhere around them.
