In early March, eleven DTU students from the Faculty of Hospitality & Tourism and the International School will begin studying at Dong-A University, Namseoul University and Sejong University in South Korea for six to twelve months. This is a part of a collaborative exchange agreement to broaden opportunities for DTU students.

After the exchange, their grades and academic credits will be transferred to DTU. Nguyen Mai Quynh, from the International School, said: “This exchange program has fulfilled my dream to explore South Korea. Before the trip, I have been studying English and Korean to help me learn more about South Korea and its culture.”

In March, DTU will also welcome five students from the Faculty of Tourism & Hospitality at Sejong University participating in an internship program with the Intercontinental Resort, the Vinpearl Resort & Villas, the Sheraton Resort and the Novotel Hotel. At DTU, Korean students will study completely in English, as part of the American degree program and intern at leading five-star resorts in Danang.
DTU has signed agreements with Dong-A University, Namseoul University, Sejong University and Chungbuk National University, which include the exchange of faculty, researchers and students, joint research projects and the exchange of curricula and academic materials.
