In 2018 - 2019, Duy Tan University will offer 120 Talent Scholarships for enrollees with the highest scores in their final High School exams.

 

DTU hopes that these new scholarships will be an incentive to these talented new students on arrival and a timely investment to help them develop their learning abilities. This year, DTU’s large variety of scholarships includes 120 new Talent Scholarships, comprising 10 full and 10 partial scholarships per major, valued at a total of six billion vnd. 

Talent Scholarships will be awarded to those who enroll in:

• Large Databases & Machine Learning

• Vietnamese

• English

• Business Administration

• Accounting 

• Economic Law 

Classes never register more than twenty students and lecturers come from well-known universities abroad and locally. Talent Scholarship recipients will have access to the ideal educational environment to develop their proficiency and find the best careers on graduation.

Scholarship Conditions: 

In 2018 DTU will enroll new students based on National High School exam scores and 12th grade high school records.

- Enrollees with scores 22 or more in three subjects in the High School exam and an English score of at least 5 will be granted partial scholarships.

- Enrollees with scores of 24 or more in three subjects in the High School exam and an English score of at least 7 or an IELTS score of 5.5 or above will be granted full scholarships 

In addition, in 2018 - 2019, DTU will continue to grant the following: 

720 scholarships based on High School Graduation Examination score in three subjects, except for entry into the Pharmacy and Medical Practitioner programs:

• 20 scholarships of 5 million vnd each, for a score of 10 or more than the admission standard. 

• 30 scholarships of 4 million vnd each, for a score of 9 or more than the admission standard.

• 40 scholarships of 3.5 million vnd each, for a score of 8 or more than the admission standard.

• 50 scholarships of 3 million vnd each, for a score of 7 or more than the admission standard.

• 60 scholarships of 2.5 million vnd each, for a score of 6 or more than the admission standard.

• 70 scholarships of 2 million vnd each, for a score of 5 or more than the admission standard.

• 200 scholarships of 1.5 million vnd each, for a score of 4 or more than the admission standard.

• 250 scholarships of 1 million vnd each, for a score of 3 or more than the admission standard.

• A 15% reduction in tuition fees for 50 enrollees in Embedded Systems; Road and Bridge Construction; Construction Engineering Management; Environmental Engineering; Resources and Environmental Management; Literature-Journalism; Architecture and Interior Architecture. 

• A 10% reduction in tuition fees for 50 enrollees in Embedded Systems, Corporate Finance and Mass-Communications.

 

Students from Quang Tri, Quang Binh, Quang Ngai, Ha Tinh, Nghe An and Thanh Hoa will each be awarded 1 million vnd when they enroll in Embedded Systems, Electrical Automation, Graphic Design/Game/Multimedia or General Nursing programs.

DTU will also grant scholarships based on High School record scores in three subjects:

• 250 scholarships of 2 million vnd each to enrollees with a minimum score of 25.

• 200 scholarships of 1,500,000 vnd each to enrollees with a minimum score of 24. 

• 150 scholarships of 1,000,000 vnd each to enrollees with a minimum score of 23. 

• 100 scholarships of 500,000 vnd each to enrollees with a minimum score of 22.
