On January 27th, DTU and the Quang Nam Department of Education and Training (DOET) signed an educational collaboration agreement. Distinguished Teacher Le Cong Co said: “Educational collaboration with high schools and institutions is one of Duy Tan University’s key strategies, to mutually optimize our resources and potential. Today we are building on a traditionally excellent relationship between DTU and the Quang Nam DOET. We believe that the short and longer-term benefits we achieve, with the cooperation and commitment of our leaders, staff, lecturers and students, will certainly lead to an early and effective realization of our agreement.”

Under the agreement, DTU will support several high schools in Quang Nam province in scientific and technological research and organize exams at the provincial level; it will support teams recruiting gifted students at the national level; it will support the Quang Nam Department of Education and Training with database software for high school students; it will help advise students about studying overseas and advanced international programs; it will periodically award scholarships; it will support the creation of an Electronic Library; etc. In addition, the Quang Nam DOET will organize student exchanges and excursions, and advise Quang Nam high school students on enrollment and career orientation.
