To provide a stimulating challenge for students, the DTU Faculty of Accounting will hold the “2015 Potential CPA Contest”, in conjunction with the Faculty of Accounting at the HCMC University of Economics.
The opening of the "2014 Potential CPA Contest" at DTU
Held every October and November, students of Accounting, Auditing and Finance and Banking are eligible to compete from all over Vietnam. Contestants exchange their experiences, broaden their specialized knowledge and improve their professional skills in preparation for their future careers. Nguyen Thi Huong Quynh, a DTU student who was participating for the first time in 2014, impressed the judges when she finished sixth of 2,500 entrants and was offered a job by KPMG Audit Company.

The "2015 Potential CPA Contest" will kick-off on September 20th and start on October 4th with four rounds. The first will be a multiple choice contest at DTU. The second will take place in Ho Chi Minh City and will be a written test for those who pass the first round. The third round will be a lecture based on a given topic. In the finals, contestants will present individually on stage. Winners will be awarded prizes, certificates and internship offers at KPMG Audit Company.
