Photo Exhibition on 60 Solutions to Climate Change

On July 17th, Duy Tan University partnered with the French Development Agency, (AFD) to organize two photo exhibitions, entitled “Sixty Solutions to Cope with Climate Change” and “Twenty Years of AFD Support in the development of Vietnam”.

As one of the most vulnerable countries to the consequences of climate change, Vietnam has been implementing many activities to adapt to negative environmental changes. For the last 20 years, AFD has carried out many projects to support Vietnam fighting against climate change.

Fifty-four photos by famous photographers, including Nicolas Cornet, Laurent Weyl and Binh Dang were on display. Of these photos, thirty-four ones belong to the program "Sixty Solutions against Climate Change", showing many solutions such as using renewable and clean energy sources; waste recycling; fighting against air pollution; sustainable forest management; clean water management; traffic improvement; solar energy for houses; sustainable forest management and many others.

There are also 20 photo displayed introducing "Twenty Years of AFD Support in the development of Vietnam" in some sectors such as agriculture and rural areas, infrastructure, sustainable development and so on.
