On May 11th, the final of the 2014 Vietnam Robot Contest (Robocon) took place in Nha Trang, in Khanh Hoa Province. The best teams were awarded first, second, third and other prizes, the DTU-TITAN team came third and the DTU-CMU1 team won the Style Award.

In Robocon 2013, teams from DTU were awarded prizes for the best hand-controlled and automatic robots. In Robocon 2014, the DTU-TITAN team performed well and beat the SKH_FIRE_WIN team from the Hung Yen University of Technology and Education to reach the semifinals and won third prize. For their spirit of confidence and fair play, the DTU-CMU1 team won the Style Award.

The 2014 Robocon teams made great progress in creativity and their performances, surprising their happy spectators. Coming in third will be an incentive for DTU to do even better next years. Being highly regarded for their combination of hand-controlled and automatic skills in Robocon 2013 and 2014, DTU is expected to develop even better robots to compete in future.
