On January 24th and 25th, DTU held a closing ceremony for the first semester of the 2013-2014 academic year.
Distinguished Teacher Le Cong Co delivers a speech at the Ceremony
At this annual event, the DTU Provosts, the Management Board, DTU faculty and staff met to share their experiences and ideas gained from the first semester, in order to draw up an action plan. Distinguished Teacher Le Cong Co said:
"The semester closing ceremony is a dialogue so that each of you will understand more about recent developments, and their advantages and disadvantages. DTU needs your contributions to steadily continue to develop further into the future."

At the event, the Faculty of Training, Administration and Research Applications reported on the results of the first semester of 2013-2014. The DTU Management Board acknowledged achievements in enrollment and the quality of training made in several faculties. Mr. Nguyen Huu Phu, DTU Vice-Provost, also announced the list of 244 groups and individuals with high performance in academic year 2012-2013, who were then presented with certificates of merit and gifts.
The event took on new excitement with a Karaoke competition. The DTU Board of Provosts presented first, second and third prizes and two consolation prizes for the best performances.

. “Over the past twenty years of development, DTU has achieved significant success in enrollment and international collaboration. In order to make 'The Duy Tan Dream - Let’s Broaden Our Intellect for a Brighter Future' come true and build a foundation for sustainable development in the next 20 years, however, the DTU faculty and staff need to improve themselves in many ways. Working together with determination, we can build strategic plans to make the Duy Tan dream come true in the age of global integration.”
