According to the final report of Mr. Nguyen Cong Minh, there were 9 students graded as excellent, 66 graded as good and the rest had average results. “These numbers demonstrate the real quality of the teachers and students in our department. The DTU Toursim & Hospitality faculty has the highest number of students finding jobs on graduation. Students are offered many good opportunities at companies like the Nam Hai Resort, the Intercontinental Danang Resort, the Hyatt Regency Danang Resort and Spa, Danang Golf and the Boutique Hoi An Resort,” said Mr. Minh.
Also at the ceremony, Mr. Edgar Sabagkit, the Intercontinental HR Manager and Ms. Pham Tan Bao Thuyen, the Hyatt Training Manager congratulated the graduates, shared experiences and talked about new job vacancies.
Graduation thesis defense in the DTU Tourism & Hospitality department
Students must have a score of 450 in the TOEIC test and a successful graduation thesis defense to meet graduation requirements. Some students gained high results with their graduation thesis in English. There is a strong effort underway for all lecturers and students to improve the quality of education even further.
