Commemorating their 16th anniversary on October 4th, 2010, DTU held an admission ceremony for four new student party members, including Mr. Nguyen Thai Phuong, Ms. Bui Thi Tram, M.s Nguyen Thi Lan Phuong and Mr. Nguyen Anh Truc. Also at this ceremony was Mr. Le Cong Tam, a student from the Department of Architecture, who was also granted party membership. They are all outstanding students with many fine achievements in their studies and extra-curricular activities.
Mr. Do Thang admits a new student party member
Participants at the ceremony included Mr. Tran Thanh Ha, a party committee member, Mr. Do Thang, the II Cell Secretary and some other party candidates.
Mr. Do Thang granted admission to the new party members. Then they pledged their oath of allegiance and their loyalty to the Vietnamese Communist Party. These new members also promised to enhance their lives and dedicate themselves to the good of the people.
In a touching voice, Mr. Nguyen Anh Truc said "From my first days at DTU, I never thought that I would have a chance to becoming a party member. It’s really a great reward for unswerving dedication to my studies. Now I am a party member, I will devote myself to the Party and to the trust of my teachers, my university, my family and my community.”
Currently there are 23 Party members and 29 candidates in Student Cell II. The Party plans to admit another two to four members in this academic year.
