This is the area where the administrative agencies of Da Nang city are concentrated such as the administrative center building of Da Nang city, the People's Committee of Da Nang city, and so on. The Tower is 500 meters away from the Han River and it takes only 5 minutes walk to the city's administrative center with a city's car park in the front. Duy Tan Tower consists of 20 floors and 2 basements with 6 elevators available for continuous accessibility.
