The grilled fish cake is made from many kinds of fresh fish, including lizardfish, barracuda and mackerel as the main ingredients. Savoring the dish, you will experience the aromatic, sweet taste of the broth, which is also prepared with simmered fish bones, pumpkin, cabbage, pineapple, tomato and dried bamboo shoots.
