On December 26, DTU and Axon Active Vietnam signed an MOU to jointly organize DevDay Danang 2024 to benefit the local IT community. The event will enable industry experts, researchers, students, and IT enthusiasts to exchange information, insights and ideas on the latest trends and developments in the IT industry.

DevDay 2024 will feature a wide range of activities, with annual changes in location, content and objectives. Attendees can network with their peers and potential employers, and explore the latest trends in technology.
Over the years, DevDay has established an outstanding reputation and attracted big tech companies and renowned speakers from all over Vietnam and abroad, and is especially important this time to IT mavens from Danang and the Central region in general.

Mr. Pham Kim Son, DSA Chairman, said: “For many years, DevDay has focused on the intense enthusiasm of the IT business community in Danang in general and DTU in. DevDay demonstrates the rapid development of IT in Danang over the past 20 years, from merely being just a software programming center. This has impacted the local economy, and also contributed to the growth of the entire country. In 2024, under the agreement, DevDay is expected to have a fresh look because of the joint involvement of DTU and Axon Active, who are both members of the Danang Software Association (DSA) and are collaborating to organize useful and interesting community projects.”

First held in 2015, DevDay Danang was postponed in 2020, 2021 and 2022 due to the pandemic and 2024 marks its seventh anniversary.
