In February 2023, DTU signed a memorandum of understanding with Sakura and the Healthcare Accelerator company, to teach basic nursing skills to students of the Faculty of Nursing in the DTU College of Medicine. They agreed to work together to build and operate the DTU International Hospital to facilitate the study and practice of medicine. Now, DTU and Suganuma will enable students to get a better education in IT and to work more closely with local companies to practice their skills and meet recruitment requirements on graduation. At the same time, the agreement will make a significant contribution to the development of relationships between Vietnam and Japan.
