Secondary School Students Attend the DTU “Du lich Huong nghiep” program

On March 18th, two hundred students from secondary schools in Danang and Quang Nam province participated in the “Du lich Huong nghiep” program at DTU.

The event was part of the “Youthspark Digital Inclusion” project, initiated and sponsored by Microsoft Vietnam, Vietnet-ICT and the Ministry of  Education and Training, in the six provinces of Hoa Binh, Quang Ninh, Danang, Quang Nam, Soc Trang and Kien Giang.

In Danang and Quang Nam, the program was jointly organized by the project management board and the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Danang Youth Union and Duy Tan University. The program aimed to promote ICT skills, encouraging students to study Computer Science and broaden the career plans and opportunities.

The students were taken on a tour of the 3.5 hectare Hoa Minh DTU campus in the Lien Chieu District.
 
Tran Van Long, from the Le Van Tam High School in the Dien Ban district of Quang Nam said: “I am deeply impressed by the modern facilities at DTU. I will study hard to become a future DTU student.”
