The DTU Vocational School Welcomes New N21 Students

On September 6th, exciting musical performances and games created a warm atmosphere to welcome the new N21 students of the DTU Vocational school at DTU.

Participating in a quiz, the N21 students learned a lot about DTU Vocational school, DTU and their course, with games and musical performances by new and more senior students to lighten up the proceedings. Students were provided with detailed information about schedules and study activities for their upcoming course and the opportunities and challenges they would face in preparing for their future careers.

Ms. Le Nguyen Tue Hang, DTU Vice-Provost, said: “DTU has been chosen by the General Directorate of Vocational Training to pilot advanced academic programs and teaching methodologies, provided by Australia. The Vocational school lecturers and staff have been retrained in how to teach students in English and how to focus on teaching soft skills to improve workforce quality. Globalization and integration will have a direct impact on career opportunities in the near future, I hope all of you will know how to take advantage of your study opportunities and plan for a bright future.”
