Reports by Dr. Vo Thanh Hai and Dr. Le Nguyen Bao, the DTU Vice-Provosts, reviewed the implementation of the 296/CT-TTg Instruction at DTU over the past three years. As a result, DTU has gained much success in establishing standards for three new postgraduate programs, seventeen undergraduate and ten college level programs. In addition, relationships with local companies have been expanded to encourage research projects by DTU lecturers and students. DTU has also been focusing on updating curricula, partnerships and the implementation of IT applications for administrative operations.

These remarkable efforts and achievements by DTU lecturers and students were highly commended by the delegation. Other issues, such as the credit-based teaching system, academic research and so on were also discussed.

Mr. Le Cong Co, DTU Chairman and Provost said our motto is that: “We Do All for our Students’ Rights and Future Careers and for the Living Standards of our Faculty. DTU has continually taken steps to improve the quality of teaching. Processes like enrollment, academic education and partnerships with local companies and international universities are all combined to ensure the best study conditions for all. We have also received the strong support of the local government. However, we hope to invest even more to build a better university in the future”.

Professor Bui Van Ga encouraged DTU to continue innovating in education and training and to offer new postgraduate programs to meet local needs. “DTU has implemented 296/CT-TTg well. Thanks to that, the institution has gained high achievements in both administration and academics, which have contributed significantly to the socialization of local education”, said Professor Bui Van Ga.
