Tromp. Jolanda Dr. Director of the Center for Visualization and Simulation at Duy Tan University
Dr. Jolanda Tromp is a Human-Computer Interaction Design and Evaluation expert specialized in Virtual Reality, with 20 years’ experience as principal Usability investigator. She has a bachelor's degree in Psychology (with honors), (1995) from the University of Amsterdam, a degree in Art from the Rietveld Academy in the Netherlands, and a PhD in Systematic Usability design and evaluation for Collaborative Virtual Environments (2001) from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom. Dr Tromp is the director of the Center for Visualization and Simulation at Duy Tan University since 2017, prior to that she was professor on a Master’s degree program in Human-Computer Interaction Design and Evaluation Methods, at the State University of New York. She facilitates and mentors Study Abroad programs to several Virtual Reality laboratories in the USA and Europe.
